Police say a vehicle struck and injured a boy Tuesday evening in Dubuque. The 11 year old boy was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. According to Dubuque police, 31 year old Gary Pfeiler of Dubuque was driving north on Rhomberg Avenue just after 7pm when the boy ran in front of Pfeiler’s vehicle. Pfeiler didn’t have time to stop and the vehicle struck the boy.
