Woman Enters Dubuque Home and Assaults Two People

Dubuque Police say a woman entered a Dubuque home without permission and assaulted two people. 35 year old Julietta Siehr of Bellevue was arrested Monday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging first-degree burglary and second-degree burglary. Reports say that 36 year old  Kelsey Mentz of Dubuque told police that Siehr, a former friend, entered her residence at about 3:20 p.m. Monday and assaulted her and 21 year old Daniel Mentz. Siehr is accused of throwing a chair at Daniel Mentz.
