A person from Darlington has been cited for drunk driving after a hit and run crash on Saturday night. The Darlington Police Department reports 34-year-old Erlin Soto-Salgado was arrested around 10:15 Saturday. Officers were called regarding a hit and run crash on Galena Street. Following an investigation, Soto-Salgado was cited with OWI 1st offense, operating without a valid license, operating without insurance and hit and run.
