Dubuque Police arrested 33 year old Adam Purchase of Dubuque Wednesday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on warrants charging domestic assault with injury and first-degree harassment. Reports say Purchase assaulted his girlfriend, 30 year old Lacie Hanna at their residence on September 28th.
