Police say a second Dubuque man has been arrested in connection with a pair of drive–by shootings in June. 27 year old Robert Ware-Moore was taken into custody just after midnight Sunday on a warrant in connection to the incident near the intersection of West Locust Street and Rosedale Avenue, where police found bullet damage to some residences in the area. Ware-Moore was allegedly the driver in the shootings.
