Dubuque Police arrested 27 year old Jazmine Hall of Dubuque Sunday at her residence on charges of domestic assault with injury and three counts of child endangerment. A report says Hall assaulted her fiance, 32 year old Alonzo Hope at their residence in the presence of their three children.
