Dubuque Man Injures Officer While Being Arrested

Dubuque Police arrested 46 year old Charles Wessling Wednesday morning at his residence on charges of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts with injury. A report says that Wessling injured Dubuque Police officer Scott Koch while being apprehended.
