Dubuque Police arrested two men in separate incidents Monday. 36 year old Robinson Riklon of Dubuque was arrested Monday in the 1800 block of Clarke Drive on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. Later, 44 year old Jeremy Cavanaugh of Dubuque was arrested at his residence on a warrant charging third-degree criminal mischief.
