Two Hurt in Dubuque Drunk Driving Crash

A person from Dubuque faces a charge of drunk driving after rear-ending another vehicle and sending two people to the hospital. Dubuque Police report that 32-year-old Taylor Kohl struck the back of a vehicle stopped at JFK and Dodge Street around 4:30 Sunday afternoon. That vehicle was stopped at a red light when it was hit. Both the driver and a passenger were taken to Unity-Point Health Finley Hospital for treatment of injuries. Kohl was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated and also cited with following too close.
