One person was killed early today in a crash in Jackson County.
The Iowa State Patrol is withholding the name of the person, pending notification of his or her family.
The crash occurred at about 12:40 a.m. today south of Bellevue. The state patrol reports that the driver was northbound when he or she lost control oftheir vehicle, which crashed into a ditch. The driver was not wearing a seat belt.
