Police are continuing to investigate a report of shots fired early Tuesday in Dubuque. Authorities confirmed that officers were called to the 22-hundred block of White Street around 1:30a. Police say there was evidence shots had been fired in the area. However, no injuries or damage was reported related to this incident. Dubuque law enforcement say an investigation is ongoing. Based on police data, Tuesday’s shooting marked the 21st case of shots fired in the City of Dubuqe. That’s the most in a single year since 2016 – when officials reported 26 cases.
