Dubuque Police arrested 34 year old Josie Fleege of Dubuque on Saturday in the area of Hillcrest Road and Jeffrey Drive on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a dangerous weapon while under the influence and public intoxication.
