Dubuque County authorities say two people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop Sunday afternoon. According to a report, a deputy pulled over a vehicle for speeding along Highway 151 near Skyline Road. A search of the vehicle turned up almost a half-pound of meth and 30 grams of marijuana. The driver – 25-year-old Marshon Flowers – and a passenger – 23-year-old Lashell Wetthuhn of Oneida, Wisconsin – were arrested on charges of possession of meth with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana. Flowers was charged with unlawful possession of a prescription drug as well. He’s also been cited for speeding, not having a valid driver’s license and not having automobile insurance.
