Dubuque police arrested 56 year old Eddie Duhart of Dubuque Tuesday on a warrant charging assault with injury and two counts of child endangerment with injury. According to a report, Duhart assaulted a 14-year-old boy on February 11th and two of Duhart’s children on February 10th.
