Employee Arrested For Unauthorized Purchases

Authorities said an employee from Kane Rentals made more than $23,000 worth of unauthorized purchases with two credit cards. 26 year old Seth Fuoco of Dubuque was arrested Saturday at his residence on warrants charging first-degree theft, second-degree theft, unauthorized use of a credit card over $10,000 and unauthorized use of a credit card over $1,500. According to a report, Dubuque County Sheriff’s Deputies responded on February 7th to Kane Rentals on West Ridge Lane, for the report of a theft. Business owner Thomas Kane told authorities that Fuoco was an employee who used two company credit cards between December and February to make unauthorized purchases.
