A Dubuque man is accused of sexually abusing an underage girl in Jo Daviess County. 24 year old Matthew Adams is charged in Jo Daviess County Circuit Court with three felonies: criminal sexual abuse and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. His next court hearing is set for March 9th. According to a report, Adams sexually abused a girl age 13 to 17 in December. The report says Adams sexually abused the girl by the use of force.
