Dubuque Man Assaulted Child

A Dubuque man is facing charges for sexually abusing a child over a span of multiple years. Police say 39-year-old Ivan Wilson was arrested early Wednesday for 2nd-degree sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child. According to court documents, the girl knew Wilson and said the abuse began when she was under the age of 10. During an interview with state officials, she told authorities the incidents occurred multiple times over multiple years.
