Dubuque Man Arrested After Police Find Child Pornography

A 30-year-old Dubuque man faces multiple charges after police found he had child pornography. Authorities arrested David Jasper on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act, and dissemination of obscene materials to minors. According to a report, Jasper solicited nude photos from a girl who was under the age of 16. He also sent nude images of himself to the girl. The two sent images via Snapchat. After police got a search warrant, they found a dozen images of child pornography on Jasper’s phone.
