Dubuque Crash Wednesday

A Dubuque woman was taken to the hospital after a 2-vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon. Police say 37-year-old Stephanie Kelly was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by 33-year-old Jamon Douglas. While stopped at the intersection of Kaufmann Avenue and JFK Road, Douglas pulled into the path of an oncoming vehicle. That vehicle struck Douglas’ vehicle at around 2:40. As a result of the crash, Kelly was taken to Mercy-One Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Douglas was cited with failure to obey a stop sign and no valid driver’s license.
