Police Arrest Dubuque Man For Drugs, Other Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 32 year old Samuel Houselog of Dubuque Saturday night in the 2100 block of Central Avenue on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false identification information, driving while barred and warrants charging fifth-degree theft, driving while barred and operating without registration.
