Dubuque Police arrested 51 year old Martin Hunter of Dubuque Saturday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree harassment, domestic assault with injury and violation of a no-contact order. A report says Hunter assaulted 53 year old Pamela Barrett at her residence.
