Woman Fined For Role In Large Fight

A woman from Dubuque has been fined $105 for her role in a large fight in Dubuque. 33 year old Denita Dixon was recently given the sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct by fighting. Dixon initially was arrested on a charge of participation in a riot, but that charge later was amended. A report says that Dixon was one of the individuals involved in a large fight on September 28th in the area of Merz Street and Windsor Avenue.
