Dubuque police arrested 22 year old Bradley-Allen Schmidt, a resident of the Hillcrest Family Services residential facility on Monday at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center on a warrant charging two counts of assault. Reports say Schmidt assaulted two MercyOne nurses, Gina Gross and Kinsey Malcook on June 9th.
