A 32 year old man from Dubuque was arrested Wednesday on multiple drug charges. Ryan Freiburger was arrested in the area of East Fifth Street and Central Avenue on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a warrant charging possession of meth with intent to deliver.
