Natural resource agencies in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois are joining together in a campaign aimed to eliminate boating while intoxicated on the Mississippi River. Operating a recreational boat with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher is against the law in all three states. The campaign has a focus of warning people of the dangers of driving a boat while impaired.
