Authorities with the Dubuque Police Department arrested 39 year old Andrew Rycraw of Dubuque on Saturday in the 700 block of Hill Street on charges of domestic assault with injury, public intoxication and interference with official acts. According to a report, Rycraw assaulted 32 year old Chelsey Ridenour of Maquoketa.
