Assault Charges and Drug Charges In Arrest of Two People

Dubuque Police arrested 37 year old Valentria Whitemon of Dubuque Tuesday on charges of assault with injury and public intoxication. A report says Whitemon assaulted 36 year old Brandon Dole of Cascade. Dole was also arrested on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
