Authorities in Dubuque County arrested 24 year old Chaunda Sternhagen of Bellevue Tuesday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia, as well as warrants charging violation of pretrial supervision and two counts of failure to appear in court.
