Asbury Road Construction

The eastbound lane of Asbury Road in Dubuque will be closed between Matthew John Drive and Hacienda Drive until 4 p.m. Wednesday for fire hydrant replacement. Westbound traffic on Asbury Road will not be affected. Eastbound traffic will be detoured onto the Northwest Arterial to Pennsylvania Avenue, to John F. Kennedy Road, and back onto Asbury Road.
