The National Weather Service says a second tornado briefly touched down in Jackson County on Friday night. The tornado touched down at about 6:09 p.m. near Andrew and remained on the ground for about a minute. The Andrew twister was rated EF0, with peak winds of 74 mph. A report says the tornado destroyed a shed’s roof and walls and caused a narrow path of tree damage in the area of 184th Street.
