Dubuque teen sentenced to probation for arson related to Asbury fire

A Dubuque teen has been sentenced to two to five years of probation in relation to a fire at an Asbury residence. 18 year old Annalise Flogel, was recently given the sentence in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to a charge of second-degree arson. If she violates terms of her probation, Flogel faces a 10-year prison sentence. Flogel was initially charged as a juvenile in this case, but it was later waived to adult court.
