A Dubuque Police officer was assaulted during an arrest Wednesday. Police arrested 25 year old Tyler Huseman of Dubuque around 10:20 p.m. in the 200 block of State Street on charges of public intoxication and assault on persons in certain occupations. A report says that Huseman assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer after he was taken into custody.
