Arrest For Assaulting a Police Officer

Dubuque Police arrested 33 year old Leroy Cook Saturday around 8:40pm at the intersection of 18th and White streets on two counts of interference with official acts and one count each of assault on persons in certain occupations, second-degree harassment and second-offense operating while intoxicated. According to a report, Cook assaulted Officer Max Contreras.
