Mineral Point Fire and Mineral Point EMS responded to Highway 151 Belmont Township for a one vehicle accident Satuirday around 5pm. 33 year old Jennifer Spilger of East Dubuque was traveling northbound on Highway 151 and struck an ice patch and proceeded into a ditch, striking a rock wall. Spilger denied EMS attention and her vehicle was towed from the scene with severe damage.
