The United Way of Dubuque Area Tri-States will distribute more than 1000 pairs of socks donated by Tradehome Shoes at the Kennedy Mall. Through the “Trade-at-Home-Give-at-Home“ program, Tradehome Shoes provides socks to a charity of its choice. The socks will be shared with several nonprofit providers across the United Way of Dubuque Area Tri-State’s 10 county service area, including the Dubuque Rescue Mission.
