A Dubuque man has been sentenced to five years in prison for possessing materials with the intent to make methamphetamine. 62 year old Mark Fishler was given the sentence in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County. Fishler is already serving a life sentence after being found guilty of the first-degree murder in the death of 80 year old Berniece Williamson of Dubuque, who was found dead in her home on July 15, 2021.
