Dubuque Police say a woman was injured when a slow-moving vehicle struck her in a parking lot Saturday in Dubuque. 72 year old Phoebe Williamson of California was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of her injuries. According to Dubuque police, Williamson was a passenger of a vehicle driven by 60 year old Twyla Sample of Dubuque. Sample and Williamson both exited the vehicle when it was in a private parking lot in the 900 block of Locust Street. The vehicle began slowly moving forward and struck Williamson.
