Authorities in Dubuque County have arrested 20 year old Hunter Englund of Maquoketa. Englund was arrested around 9:50 p.m. Monday in the area of Northwest Arterial and Pennsylvania Avenue on charges of domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault and child endangerment.
