A Dubuque man has pleaded guilty to his role in a group attack on a man. 19 year old Josiah Bogovich has pleaded guilty in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County to a charge of willful injury causing bodily injury. According to a report, prosecutors will ask for a five-year prison sentence, while the defense will argue for “any legal sentence.” Bogovich’s sentencing hearing is set for July 10. 25 year old Abdulrahem Sobuh of Dubuque is also charged with willful injury causing bodily injury, unlawful assembly and first-degree harassment in relation to the same incident. His case is still pending. The incident, in question, occurred at Northside Liquor and Tobacco on September 29th.
