Man Shot at Another Vehicle in Jackson County

Authorities say a man shot a gun at another motorist while driving on a highway this week in Jackson County. According to a release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, 18 year old Benton Hale of Toronto is charged with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, reckless driving, going armed with intent, person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, reckless use of a firearm and intimidation with a dangerous weapon.
