Three area projects are among those receiving Iowa workforce housing tax credits. Gov. Kim Reynolds and Iowa Economic Development Authority recently announced $38 million in workforce housing tax credits for 59 housing projects across the state. A report says that the statewide projects are anticipated to create over 2,000 units. Two projects in Dubuque were awarded funding. CARICH Properties LLC received a total tax credit of $220,440 to create 11 units. Weaver Castle LLC was awarded $98,040 in total tax credits to create five units.
