One Person Injured After Two Vehicle Crash in Dubuque

Police said that one person was taken to a hospital following a two-vehicle crash in Dubuque. 34-year-old Kristin Banks of Dubuque, was transported by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of her injuries, according to Dubuque police. Police report that a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Jonathan Mueller of Dubuque, was traveling south on Lincoln Avenue approaching Windsor Avenue at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday when the vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Banks’ vehicle, which was traveling east on Windsor. Mueller was cited with failure to obey a stop or yield sign, and Banks was cited with failure to provide proof of financial liability and driving while suspended.
