Police said they are investigating a disturbance in a Dubuque park that involved as many as 50 people. Dubuque Police Department Lt. Luke Bock said police responded at approximately 6:42 p.m. Tuesday to Comiskey Park for a large disturbance in which a handgun reportedly was displayed. Bock said there were no reports of injuries or gunfire and no arrests have been made. “It’s still an active investigation as we work to identify all of the parties involved,” Bock said. “Charges are likely.”
