Hy-Vee on Monday issued a voluntarily recall for two of its Cream Cheese Spreads and several of its bulk-packaged Cookies & Cream Mix products amid concerns overĀ SalmonellaĀ contamination. Hy-Vee said the products were manufactured at third-party facilities around the Midwest and sold under Hy-Vee’s label. The manufacturers notified Hy-Vee of a potential Salmonella contamination, which prompted the voluntary recall. As of Monday, Hy-Vee said there were no confirmed reports of illness from eating the affected products. If you have one of the affected products, you can return it for a full refund.
