Police Arrest Intoxicated Driver in Dubuque

Dubuque Police arrested 37 year old Manda Brimeyer around 6:15 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West 11th and Locust streets on charges of two counts of third-degree burglary and one count of public intoxication.
