Applications are open for a grant program aimed at supporting local nonprofits. Interested organizations now can apply for Community Impact Grants from the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque. Selected applicants will receive grants up to $20,000, depending on the size and scope of the project. Nonprofits in Dubuque, Clayton and Clinton counties all are eligible for the funding. The program aims to support capacity-building efforts at those nonprofits to support projects across areas such as community programming, network development or equity and inclusion efforts. Interested organizations can find additional information and apply online by June 14 at dbqfoundation.org/community-impact. Finalist organizations will then be invited by July 1 to pitch a proposal to the Community Foundation in September.
