Woman Drives While Intoxicated With Youth in Vehicle

Police say a Dubuque woman faces a felony neglect charge after driving while impaired with a youth in her vehicle. 37 year old Sarah Huff was arrested around 5pm on Monday at her residence on charges of neglect or abandonment of a dependent person, child endangerment, operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Huff admitted to drinking alcohol and driving a 13-year-old to a location in the 2700 block of Asbury. Officers also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Huff’s home.
