Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault With Injury

Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Stephan Whitemon of Dubuque Thursday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on warrants charging domestic assault with injury, obstruction of emergency communication, probation violation and violation of parole.
