Police day a Dubuque man accused of causing a child to engage in a sex act faces three additional charges. 34 year old Justin Paisley was arrested Monday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on charges of felony sexual abuse and two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. Paisley previously was arrested June 4 in relation to the investigation on a warrant charging sexual exploitation of a minor-cause to engage in an act and sexual exploitation of a minor-purchase or possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act. Also, 40 year old john Dixon of Dubuque was arrested June 5 in Peosta on a warrant charging two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. He subsequently was charged with 17 counts of purchase or possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor-cause to engage in an act. Following the execution of a search warrant, investigators located cellphone messages between Dixon and Paisley related to sex acts involving a child who is under age 13. Additionally, investigators found 52 images and four videos of Paisley committing sex acts with a minor.
