Woman Arrested For Possession of Meth, Disorderly Conduct

Dubuque Police arrested 27 year old Jessica Dorr around 12:45 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Main Street on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
